TTC Femara

Just wondering about success with Femara. I have PCOS and have been taking Metformin for 3+ months now. I started ovulating regularly as soon as I started taking it. We conceived last month, but I miscarried at 5w3d. So, here we are. This was my first cycle on 2.5 Letrozol cd5-9. Im pretty sure I ovulated on cd 19 and did BD for my whole fertile window. I’ve kinda read on what it’s supposed to do, but just wondering what it does for women that already ovulate. Any success stories? Advice? Help. 🫠
