Hello everyone! I just did my #1 IUI today and the post wash sperm results were unfortunately shocking to us at only 0.5m 😢😢 anyone with similar post wash sperm count for IUI that ended up in BFP?
I need some hopes 😭😭

I don't have an answer to your question but I have advice to POSSIBLY help his sperm count.
Over the course of 1 year, I was able to help my husband go from 19mil, 45% motility to 175mil 70% motility.
-Exercise almost daily (cardio and weight training)
-Organic Multivitamins plus some natural supplements to support testosterone 
-Fertility or antioxidant tea almost every night 
-Change his diet!! No more junk or frozen/pre-made food. Lower sugar intake. High antioxidant food- veggies. (See Mediterranean diet).
It's okay to surge on a treat or meal once in a while but if your husband stays consistent in those 4 things  then he could maybe see more positive results within 4 months

Wish I could give you some hope, unfortunately I can’t. We did an IUI with 3 million that was unsuccessful. But we also have motility & morphology issues contributing. All our IUIs have been unsuccessful. Praying for you! 🙏🏻
