How did you & your SO meet?

I'm just curious & I'm sure a lot of us have cute/funny stories to tell (: My boyfriend & I knew each other from high school, but we didn't start dating until after. Then in April, he asked me to be his gf. He was so shy & nervous back then that when I asked him if he wanted a kiss goodbye, he just nodded his head haha.

I met my fiancé in college (when we were 18) & the funny thing is, when I introduced him to my family, all of my siblings knew him & his siblings but my fiancé & I never crossed paths lol it was so weird! On our 4 year anniversary (last December) he popped the question & we are getting married may 2015 ❤️

John and I started out as friends in 9th grade when we had a conditioning class together. He would guy me a Riptide Rush Gatorade every Wednesday and wait for me outside the locker room, then give me a piggyback ride for the 1.5 mile walk home after school, and come in and play chess with my younger brother. 
​To make a very long, drawn out story short, we each dated different people throughout and after high school, but remained really close friends. His exes hated me because they always thought we had a "thing." In 2009 we decided why the hell not give it a try, dated for four years and got married last fall! :)

Me and my SO meet back in h.s. I was a freshman and he was a senior and we actually met on Halloween because we both knew the same people and went truck or treating together. We stayed great friends for a few years and always were there for each other. We never expected that the one we lived had been in front of each other for so long until the beginning of last year our friends decided to try and play match maker and hook us up at first we both said no because we respected our friendship to much then after giving it some thought the next week we started dating and we've been together over a year now and are more inseparable than ever

Me and my husband met at the beach five years ago i was going into the water and he was playing frisbee so accidentally the frisbee came to me and wen i saw him i was smiling like stupid i couldn't control my self and he was lookin at me all the time after one week watching each other and with the fear that my parents could understand something (old school family)  he throw me his number. Since then i love him so much love with the first sight ;).

I met my fiancé over meetme. It use to be myyearbook lol but we kinda just said hey. Wanna meet up. So we met up at 12am at a park by his house and he asked me out right then and there that night and of course I said yes. Lol been together since and we've been together for over a year now. I know. Such a short time but me and him have lived together after 3 months of us dating but that's cause I had to take care of my mom and he helped out. Then after my mom died, I moved in with him. But that's how we met. Lol

I met him at the gas station he worked at. I was 18, my sisters both had just had their babies, and I was sent to the store to buy cigarettes for 4 different people, so there were 4 different types to buy. When I told him what I needed, he carded me, rang it up, and then accused me of buying cigarettes for my underaged friends. I was livid because he assumed instead of asking. For the next 6 months or so, he was an asshole in my eyes. Finally, we started being friendly and talking more and more. My trips to the store were more and more frequent and I was staying to talk for up to an hour at a time. After about 2 years of this, I asked one of his coworkers if he was single. The next day, he asked if I would go to a friends BBQ with him the next weekend. Turns out, she told him I was asking, and he was interested. I'm glad she did. Here we are, 12 years later. When we're teasing with each other, I call him an asshole and his response is always the same, "Isn't that how this all started?". :)

My husband and I have always known each other. We are from a small town and my dad and his uncle were best friends. We didn't really hang out in the same group of friends until highschool. When we were teenagers we were pretty wild to say the least and we basically had a drunken one night stand at a party the summer of 2004 when we were 16. We remained friends after, but never really talked about that night. After that I moved out of state for a while, but moved back home in 2006. My family is pretty sketchy and my moms bf kicked me out. I had no where to go so I went to spend a weekend with this family until I figured out what I was going to do. Needless to say I never left lol and we've been together ever since. We finally got married last summer!

Me and my fiancé met in college and he was terrified to ask me out so he started making small talk with me. He said he was going to leave class early that night, and I told him that I was too.. It was St. Patricks day, 2011. He walked me to my car and then went home, when he got home he told his sister what happened and she yelled at him and told him to ask me out to a parade in montauk, Long Island. I said yes... We've been together ever since. He recently purposed in Mexico, in front of half of my family that we were with on vacation, and I couldn't be happier :). We're going back to Mexico to get married in 2016.

My boyfriend and I met two years ago at a party where I was REALLY drunk and he looked like a guy from a band so I walked up to him screaming "ARE YOU JEREMY FROM A DAY TO REMEMBER?!" And I kept forgetting throughout the night that I had already introduced myself to him so I probably "met" him about six times that night.

​Over the next year and a half, we both had different boyfriends and girlfriends but still hung out with and flirted with each other, and stayed the night at each other's houses a few times.

​A year and a half later we are now officially together for 8 months because we finally got the timing right. We always kept going back to each other after a break up with someone else so we kind of had a feeling it was meant to be. We both are sure it was love at first sight.

​I was the popular drunk girl at the party and he was the shy one drinking a beer in the corner by himself. I love telling our story because it's silly. :)
