Yeast or BV/ trichomoniasis

Hi guys, I’ve been having recurring yeast infections but this time it feels different, I’m itching and I have white discharge on my panties but when I wipe it looks more yellowish with a green tint on it. It’s watery/milky and it doesn’t smell at all. I went to the Gyno two days ago and asked for a swab but as soon as she did a pelvic exam she said it’s totally yeast since the discharge was thick and white in the cervix entrance. But I keep itching and before going to the Gyno I used the GynoCanesten 3. But as soon as I put it externally now it soothes me down to the point that I forget the itching. Can this be trich? I’m on a relationship and tested on March negative for all STD/Bacterial infections (trich also) and positive for yeast. My SO also tested now and results come out on Monday. I started the pills that my Gyno gave me just yesterday but still that yellowish/greenish tint is concerning me. I just wanted an opinion. Thank you!
