Low milk supply
Ladies, I know this has been asked so many times.. for the thousandth time. What do you ladies take, recommend, suggest to take to increase.
I am on the patch for Bc not realizing It would decrease my already little supply. I make 3 oz per pump. I pump ever 3-4 hours. And now with BC it's 2 oz. I am going to change my method of BC but still would like any help!
