AF or Implantation bleed. BBT dipped now spiked

My bbt dipped to 97.14 yesterday day cd 29 of a 28 day cycle. I have pink discharge that turned reddish pink for a couple of hours than pink again. Now it’s dark reddish pink this morning and my bbt is now 98.04.

Also a bfn this morning. I’m so confused 🫤. Is it time to let it go and try again.
