Does anybody relate to this ?

I went to ekg and I did echo and Holter moniter my doctor told me I have fast heart rate called svt but I only get them because of panic attacks or when iam freaking out but this heart palpitations I hate them I swear like he says nothing is wrong with my heart but I feel like there is I can feel the beats and the beat beat BEAT!!! BEAT!!!! THEN GOES normal and then I feel them again it's miserable tbh I been having them since I found out I got pregnant iam tried of it but he says everything looks good just tale magnesium 400mg like what is that going do .....iam missing vitamins or what ?????? Have ither follow up on August and I'm due sep 20th 2022
