How did you know your marriage was over?

I’m not really happy in my marriage anymore after 4 years & I don’t know if it’s just a bump in the road or if I’m really done.
How do you know for sure??

If you're no longer spending any time together, if one or both partners is spending all their time at work, with friends, online, and if feels like a relief not to be with each other--it's a sign that you've already disengaged from the marriage. Sometimes communicating with each other can help. And sometimes marriage counseling can help. But when neither helps or if your partner doesn't want to talk at all then file for divorce. A divorce filing can be a huge wake-up call, for both of you! Couples getting back together during divorce proceedings actually happens much more often than you think. Because once one person files for divorce, it becomes real for both people on life withiut each other. Sometimes it takes a divorce filing for people to understand this is not what they really want and that they want to work on the marriage and salvage it. Then find options to do just that.
