Covid and pregnancy

I am 16 weeks pregnant and just recovered from covid. I had a routine appt where me and my ob discussed me having covid and she told me my chances for a stillborn are higher and we will do extra growth scans in the third trimester. Baby had a good heartbeat at this appointment but what she said just made me so uneasy and I can’t stop thinking about it. She didn’t give me numbers just said chances are higher
