Blood at 10 weeks 5 days

I had some blood when I wiped just right now. It’s not on my underwear just when I wiped this was on the toilet paper. Is this bad? Should I contact my dr? I had a missed miscarriage back in September when I was around 5-6 weeks so I’m really nervous. Is this signs of a miscarriage?

We saw the baby at 8 weeks and had a heart rate of 179. I haven’t had any cramps or anything like that. TMI but My discharge is yellow because I’m on oral progesterone.
