4 year old has no appetite.
My daughter is 4 and seems to have no appetite. Even if I make her something she asks for, she’ll only have a few bites and say she’s full. She has a weight check in November and her doctor said if she hasn’t gained more weight she’ll have to get blood work done. I can’t think of what else to do to get her to gain. I’ve tried pediasure, but she doesn’t really drink it. I’m thinking of getting a blender and making her smoothies.
I’m just at a loss as to why she’ll barely eat. She didn’t have this problem until recently. She’s always been petite though (she was 30.2 pounds at her check up in May.)
How else can I try to get her to eat a little more? I don’t want her to feel like I’m forcing her.
