Changing pad for narrow dresser

We’re room sharing for the first few months, and changing at night has been difficult. My husband is content putting the changing pad on the floor, but after my C section It’s difficult for me to use if it’s not elevated. Our dresser is only 14 inches wide, and typical changing pads are 16 inches, so I haven’t been able to find one that will fit. I’m nervous using one that’s too wide because it might slip off if it’s not fully supported. Any suggestions?? Open to products I can buy OR diy solutions!

I really don’t want to change him on the bed or hard dresser with no pad either.
