Can what my SO be doing affect his ability to get me pregnant?

My husband and I are trying to baby, we're only on our second month of TTC, but after not getting pregnant this last month I've been thinking... Could something be wrong with his sperm?

​He is an excessive weed smoker, and when I say excessive I mean at least every other day. I have heard that it can affect his sperm count or the sperm speed but I want to hear other people's input off person experience if there is anyone out there.

​I know I'm able to conceive, as I was pregnant at 16 and terminated it due to my circumstances. 
​
​My husband on the other hand had multiple year long relationships before me where he had unprotected sex and never got anyone pregnant. Can weed smoking affect his ability to conceive with me?

The average 25 year old will concieve within 6 months of trying. I wouldn't be worried yet. But I would get him to cut back.

There was a kid on 16 and pregnant who was a pretty heavy pot smoker. Needless to say his gf got pregnant.

It can def affect it. Someone I know had a sperm analysis done and he had 0% good sperm. He stopped smoking and ate better. Within 1 month the 0% went to 6%

It takes on average a healthy couple up to a year to get the timing just right to conceive. It took me over 6 months of regular unprotected sex. 4 months of charting bbt, cm, and even using opks. If you don't know what those are, I suggest looking into them. ;) those factors will help you get pregnant a lot faster. Also, if you want to catch his sperm in their prime, AM sex is the time to do so.

No. My cousin smokes multiple times a day and his wife is pregnant with their fourth kid. They tried for 2 months.

Most likely.  I would see a fertility specialist. Tell him to stop smoking
