Weaning

How many meals a day did your 9 month old eat? And how many bottles? (We are on formula) I posted in another group but in America they seem to encourage milk more than anything so I'm a bit confused as my friends and family have encouraged more food at this time, she has 2 meals a day and sometimes 3 but sometimes she's not fussed for lunch. Honestly since the heatwave its been difficult to get her back on baby led weaning as she refused food then so we used pouches for a few days. I've tried to contact the hv but I haven't hear back yet 😕
