when did you guys use a tampon after having your baby? I never tore. And honestly can’t deal with using a pad anymore i’m 3weeks pp and lightly spotting and can’t deal with a pad any longer

Nothing “up” for 6 weeks. Hang in there. What about period panties? Like thinx?

I would still avoid. There is still so much internal healing going on, and your cervix may not have closed up yet. Very high risk of infection.

Nothing in the vagina for 6 weeks or until you are cleared (some are cleared before 6 weeks). I didn't wear tampons until 6 months pp

I hate pads. Diapers were more comfortable even when I was just spotting. 
I didn’t find tampons comfortable until my second pp period.

As the others said, no tampons until cleared by Dr. Try period undies like thinx or I used always overnight underwear when I was pp which are basically a diaper but made for periods. If you're just spotting you could always just use a pantiliner...? I understand the hatred of pads, but its not worth the infection risk.
