Vulvodynia ??

Does anyone here have this condition? I suffer from anxiety about 3 months ago I had sec with a individual which caused me severe depression and anxiety weeks later I started feeling itching and stinging sensation in my vag went to 2 different gynecologists who tested me for every possible infection and std everything came back negative. Fast forward now this is still happening… I noticed that when I don’t really think about it it doesn’t seem to be as bad , I had sex again earlier this week and had no pain during intercourse. I don’t know who to talk to about this without sounding crazy … I just want to be happy again without feeling this constant stinging and not knowing if it’s my brain causing this is killing me 😣 little recap of my past few years back I also had to get a mri in my head because I felt constant headaches went everything was fine and once I knew everything was fine headaches went away… and I have a few stories like that one. Please don’t judge , thank you
