It's actually a disadvantage wearing one. Your body has to get back its core muscles and wearing one doesn't help build muscle tone. If you do wear one don't wear it for very long. Instead no matter how much it hurts get up and move. It will help seed up recovery. I'm not the most fit person but five days post I was walking about a mile.

Uh yeah. It supports your organs and everything and keeps you from feeling like your insides are falling out, it also puts less strain on your incisions,

My hospital didn’t give one out nor recommend one after my first. I didn’t even know it was a thing! I don’t know if I would have been better with one, but I had a great recovery even without it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The only benefit i found was the compression helped me be more mobile and be able to move with less pain. Other than that i never felt like things were falling out or had any severe adverse reactions

I could move around better using it. I didn’t use it with my first and moving around was awful!!

Yup when i got to go home and my husband helped me shower he said my stomach didn't even looked like i had just given birth.

Yes, I used the bellefit and it was amazing. I was able to move around without the stabbing pains. I would definitely recommend something.
