My earring hole is oozing puss!

My ears were pierced when I was an infant. I wore ear rings probably for just a few years, as I have sensory issues and couldn’t handle the feeling of my ear rings touching my skin

Fast forward many years later I haven’t worn ear rings in probably 15 years but there’s scar tissue that’s always been there in each of the holes that were left behind and healed shut so I have bumps in my ear ring holes (this is so weird to try and say)

I noticed that one of the bumps was bigger in one ear and I looked in the mirror and saw black stuff in my ear ring hole like it was a black head, so I went to squeeze it, and it just KEPT coming.

It was a full on cyst inside the healed ear ring hole that I haven’t touched or even thought about in YEARS. This actually freaked me out just because of its location and I’m wondering if I should be worried. What id there’s like a pocket in there that didn’t heal right that’s trapping dirt/oils? I am so scared this is going to get infected

I know it’s an odd chance someone who’s the same as me, -had their ears pierced as an infant and stopped wearing ear rings only a few years later and now all the sudden it’s oozing puss-will comment

But what in the fuck
