Pain in tip of stomach after eating

I’ve been having pain at the tip of my stomach after eating mostly and sometimes it gets bad that I have chills and fever and it also makes my back hurt a lot. I also get bloated and feel full 😣 I don’t have insurance so it’s difficult for me to see a doctor but anyone have an idea what this could be?
