TW: is this a MC?

I’m so upset I am sure this is a miscarriage about to start.

I think I’m about 6 weeks all tests have been positive for the past 13 days slowly getting darker.

Today I wiped and saw this - it’s only this right now and only when I wipe but I have no idea what it is. I have some lower back pain but aside from that nothing.

Pls can someone who’s had this happen give me some advice? I had a termination for medical reasons in March and this was a happy accident pregnancy.
