In my 37th week and the area above my bellybutton has been tender to the touch and feels inflamed. I feel all of this beneath the skin! Has anyone experienced this? My doctor claims it’s acid reflux but it absolutely isn’t. It feels like something is tearing underneath there!

I just noticed this myself. Above my belly button and a little to the left feels really really weird. I can’t see anything but I can feel it. I figure it’s an separation and I’ll have to fix diastasis recti after birth but I plan on talking to my ob next appointment
