When to feed baby food?

Our boy is now 20 weeks old! Woooo we survived that long so far :D haha loving every minute(ish) lol the app told me he should start eating baby purred food. When is a good time to feed him that throughout the day?

This app does not follow major health organizations recommendations. Like at all. 
All major health organizations recommendations are 6m for solids due to digestive system maturity. All ready signs must be met also.

No solid foods until 6 months and if baby is showing signs of readiness

Do it between breast/bottle feeding. So if babe gets milk at 5pm and 8pm, try some solids around 6-6:30.

It’s best to start at 6 months. We always did solids a little bit after a bottle (we started with dinner because they needed to try things at home before they could take food to daycare), because milk is their primary source of nutrition.
