9 month old baby

My daughter won’t crawl on floor but will crawl on our bed and she has a thick carpet in her room that she will crawl on . But she doesn’t to crawl on the floor or the play mats that I have around the house . . What can I do to make her more comfortable? I mean we spend about an hour in her room, but We can’t be there all day , but I want her to feel encouraged to keep crawling around the house . I’m FTM so I’m just trying to figure this out .
