Bleeding..

I'm now 5w3d pregnant & yesterday I started spotting, only some red blood when I wiped.. But today I'm bleeding like if I'm in my period.. Barely any blood on the pad but just like a period when I wipe. & constant light cramping like if I'm in my period as well, not unbearable just feels like I'm in my period.. Anyone else experience this & the baby be ok? I'm waiting on my BF to get home to take me to the hospital. Trying to stay calm..
