Should I take another test or is it a waste?

So I took a test a couple days before I missed my period because my period is always irregular. The test was negative. Now I’m about a week late for my period and I’m so nauseous I’ve literally been sitting next to the toilet praying i won’t throw up 😂 and tired and have had the worst headache for like 4 days straight and the worst heartburn. I want to test again but feel like it’ll be a waste since the last test was negative. I also feel like a positive is unlikely since he only went in me for like maybe 5 thrusts and then pulled out and I finished him off orally. It was during my expected fertile window though. Idk I just feel so shitty but don’t want to keep wasting money on negative tests.
