Has anyone noticed peeing feeling different near Labour?

I’m 38 weeks and all of today when I need to pee I feel absolutely bursting all of a sudden and run to the loo and then when I pee it’s little trickles coming out and feeling a lot of pressure down there even after I’ve peed. I know it’s not my waters as wouldn’t get the feeling of needing to pee to signal me to go to toilet but wondering if it’s some kind of sign maybe baby is really low. Baby dropped at 34 weeks and has been very low down since then.
