Stories about your c section experiences

I’ve had 3 vaginal labors, my third almost with an emergency c section but didn’t need it thank god ( I was terrified of needing it.) however I am pregnant with our 4th & have a low lying placenta and they are saying if it doesn’t move I’ll need a c section. I’m absolutely terrified so needing stories of how your experience was, good bad etc. how they prepared you what all they did and how long it takes? I’m terrified of hemorrhage or something in general just going wrong. And of course pulmonary embolism cause I know that’s a big surgery.. advice etc please I’m having such major anxiety and just wanna enjoy my last pregnancy
