Hey mommas, 5 weeks here
I’ve been having bad caffeine withdrawals - I was drinking a quad latte every day for a long time but have been going down to just a cup of black tea with milk a day since finding out. My husband is worried even the cuppa tea is too much caffeine. This is baby number one and we want to make sure baby stays healthy and I don’t miscarry but do you think one cup of tea a day is okay? Or should I cut cold turkey?
The caffeine withdrawal headaches have been brutal.
