I need advice

I am mom of 5 kids and one on the way my older 3 kids are my past relationship I was with there dad for 6-7 years it was bad and toxic relationship it ended bad to the point there a restraining order his family is in and out of my kids life it annoying they only look for my kids on there birthday and when they want to post pictures on social media so I told them to choose either be in and consistent or out the whole family on his side got mad and start posting on social media that I am bitter and keep my kids away 5 months past and now I am at work and one of his sister text me ask if she could FaceTime my kids and talk to them should I just let them in again or just leave it alone
