Acid reflux
Hey mamas, just curious if any of you ladies took alka-seltzers for acid reflux? I don’t like tums so I bought some but I haven’t taken any because I wanted to talk to my ob first but it’s so bad to the point of making me nauseous and sometimes throw up. So if anyone has used them and they’re okay to use while pregnant please lmk I need some type of relief 😭
