3yr old daughter has frequent nose bleeds!

So my question is has anyone dealt with this and everything ended being fine? My daughters nose bleeds at least 3 times a week, it doesn’t last long but this time I noticed a big blob of blood came out and then the bleeding stopped. Is that a good thing? I’m just trying to figure out why it keeps happening? I have 4 kids and it only happens to her.
