Need some advice or opinions
A few months ago I started working on loosing weight and so far I'm down 30 pounds. My goal was to loose another 20 and then my husband and I want to try for another baby. But my husband and I are really getting anxious to start now and not wait any longer cause we know we have to go through fertility doctors witch may take a long time. Also I'm looking at the fact that I'll most likely be gaining weight during pregnancy and can still work on loosing weight (non medicated) during the pregnancy. Let me add that I'm working with a weight loss doctor and I have insulin resistance so have been given medication I won't be able to take if I was pregnant. So I'm trying to decide if I should stick with my original plan or jump back into weight loss after last baby? Any advice or opinions? Maybe someone is in the similar situation.
