Two under two ? Bedtime

I’m a single mother. I have a one year old and a newborn (one week) my toddler still wakes up at night and obviously the newborn does as well. My toddler usually sleeps with me and is hard to lay down. He’s also very curious of his sister and rough with her, obviously he doesn’t mean to just doesn’t know better so I have to be very cautious of him around her. How do I put them both to bed at night without bothering the other? He cries and screams at night and she’ll be crying I can’t lay her down with us or he might try and grab her. Maybe it’s the hormones but i don’t know what I’m doing and feel scared and over whelmed. Please give me advice and support. Thank you ❤️
