Does this sound like too much milk at night?

Formula fed only. My little one ( 4 months and 3 weeks) will drink anywhere from 6-8 oz before bedtime she usually wakes up 2 hours later and has 3-4 oz and then wakes another 2 hours later and has 4oz. She used to only wake up once to eat but now shes waking up at least 2-3 times. does this sounds like a growth spurt? shes also currently teething (one tooth so far). I've tried to pace feed but she still eats this much. during the day she has 4 bottles at 4 oz each
