My 3 year old is scared of everything

My 3 year old is a very strong willed, bossy, sassy, adorable little girl. Just recently she has started to become afraid of literally everything. She will get into full blown screaming fits randomly because she’s suddenly decided she’s scared of something. For instance tonight she chose her Sesame Street Grover book which she loves, I started reading it to her and out of nowhere she went from laughing to screaming bloody murder trying to climb into my arms. I asked her what was wrong and she yelled “scared of Grover” she will do this with other things too. Especially when it nears bed time, sometimes it will just take me saying her name or her older brother walking around the corner. She will full blown freak out and scream that she is scared. This normal? She never used to be scared of everything. Her scream is also extremely loud which gives me terrible anxiety plus I hate to see her afraid.
