Anyone know what these are or how my son could’ve got them? There’s also one on his stomach that looks kinda similar.

This is definitely a severe spider bite. He needs to be seen.

It honestly looks like it could be staph skin infection. If you don’t know what caused this I’d be calling your peds now.

Too far apart to be a spider. It looks like a burn or like when skin is rubbed too much

Does anyone else in the family have them? Could be an infection, staph, monkey pox, idk! 
If not, maybe allergic to insect bite. Could be a mosquito, ant, something else? Spider?
