Help with toilet training

Hello,

We’ve been training for more than two weeks and she hasn’t managed to pee in the toilet even once 😣.

I tried to take her every half an hour, didn’t work.

I tried keeping her without pants, she managed to pee but only on the floor.

I used the training pants but she pees in them.

I’m clueless please help with anything that helped you.

Any suggestions… I’m desperate because her school doesn’t take children who aren’t toilet trained and they start in September.
