I need help with something please

Please don’t be rude. I am a person who don’t like to let other people down and i feel like i’m doing it. I asked one friend to send my CV to her work and after a few days they called me to schedule a interview call.But i’m getting cold feets, i thought more and the schedule and call center stress wouldn’t be for me.Tomorrow i have to answer the interview. I dont want it, I don’t wanna put my friend in a nasty position either, i was so confident at first, but don’t wanna accept a job just because for my friend which emailed my cv to them and to let go of my current job for now.

I don’t know what to tell to the interviewers tomorrow and to my friend. I don’t want to let her down, but i have to put myself first on this and my health and sanity.

Any thoughts how to handle it? Please
