Bleeding for weeks

I slept with someone about 2 weeks ago… He came inside me without permission and honestly it was kind of traumatic. I immediately left and went to CVS for plan b. I also went off birth control last month. Since this incident Ive been “spotting” (2days after until now). It’s not full on aunt flo but its more than spotting to the point that it fills a tampon throughout the day. What is going on…???? I have no early pregnancy symptoms…. Is this my body knowing it was traumatic for me? Im worried.
