How much a jet lag/travel delay your period even if not travelling so far ? (2 hrs flight)
Any weird cases please write in comments.
My flight was 3hrs and time change of 1hr, i live and travelled to Europe. I was there before and never had late period. I even had my period while travelling this time and it was all normal. What you think?
