Teething?

My 7 month old has been pulling her ears & screaming all night. I think she’s teething but the little white thing I can see on her gum line seems more further back than where they normally come through for children. Do you think that’s her tooth anyway?

Here’s another photo. Thank you so much for the comments, it’s a good point about ear infections. It doesn’t help that ear pulling is also a tiredness cue haha. Her ears seem absolutely fine thankfully but will get her checked

If she’s pulling on ears and fussy like that I’d definitely take her to the doctor, she could have an ear infection. This is what it looks like when a tooth is coming in and I can’t really tell in your picture but I don’t think I see a tooth coming in.

Ear pulling and crying are the number 1 sign of ear infections in infants and kids. Is there redness in or around the ear as well as tenderness below ear? Get her to a Dr asap and get an antibiotic because ear infections are brutal in little ones.
