Need advice

My daughter tested positive for RSV and has an ear infection, which are viral, but there’s nothing at all a dr can give her to help her feel comfortable other than the Tylenol they told me to give her? She’s 2, she’s had a cough for over a week, her nose (tmi!) is now running green which I know that’s the infection leaving, but I feel like she’s not getting any better, it’s just been a steady same shit different day, some advice? Oh and she’s still pulling at her ear saying owe.
