I had sex

I had sex yesterday i’m pregnant and I think I might have bv… after we finished it was a little fishy smelling.. it was not that bad but i could definitely smell it.. I told him I feel like I smell weird or I didn’t know if it’s just because of my heightened sense of smell but he kept telling me he didn’t smell anything.. idk if he was lying to protect my feelings or what (I wouldn’t have cared it’s something that just happens) but i’m a little upset bc we did have sex.. so does that mean of I do have it he will have to be treated for it? I know it’s not an std but it’s a bacteria infection idk how that works with men
