Bf lashing out. Need advice please🙏🏻

Background info. I’ve been with my bf for 3 years and lived together for 2.5. Today I was cleaning up the room as usual. I moved his 22” tv mounted to the wall closer to the wall. I had to move our 60” tv that is in front of it to be able to get the small tv close to the wall. He plays video games on the small tv. I moved everything out the way yet somehow the small tv got a little scratch on it. I truly didn’t notice. He came in the room to play video games and saw the scratch. He completely lashes out at me raising his voice. Started saying that I never take care of anything if it’s not mine. Mind you if it wasn’t for me, his things wouldn’t always be clean and organized. He tells me I’m careless and he said I was “a fucken dumbass”. He asked if I did it and said no because I didn’t even notice it obviously. He says this incident confirms everything. That I’m never honest about anything (he doubts alot, his issue). I tried to tell him if I would of seen that, I would of said something. I told him this isn’t an appropriate way to talk to me. Am I wrong? Was that a normal reaction? He said “who else wouldn’t react this way”. Ladies, I honestly think a lot of mature people wouldn’t because it’s materialistic things. Please give me advice.
