Tampon Help PLEASE!!

I’m only 19 when I was 15 I got on depo and stopped when I was 17 I got my period and I used the L. Brand of tampons because most tampons would give me severe cramps and the doctor told me I should use a non chemical tampon basically I then started using the L brand and I would naturally cramp but they weren’t unbearable anymore I ended back on depo again and just recently switched to the ring with that being said I’m gonna get a period within the next few months I spot when the ring comes out but only for a day or two and haven’t used tampons and I also seen where the L. Brand has been causing uterus problems due to something in the tampon I was bummed because I don’t know what other brands to use I’m completely terrified to bleed again I know it sounds silly but if I can’t use what I loved I’m timid in using other random brands and causing issues with my body if anyone could possibly give me any cotton no chemical tampon recommendation that would be a big help I also own a period cup but on days where I’m feeling not mentally well I don’t trust myself to be as hygienic with the cup as necessary and like tampons for those days due to the low maintenance other than changing it throughout the day
