Acne?? Rash? (On face)

Okay so I’ve seen these flare ups for about 3 months now. It really only started happening when summer kind of started but a bit before that. I’ve had acne before years ago and definitely isn’t popable zits or anything. It sometimes gets so itchy and I never wear makeup. I just use cetaphil lotion but with or without this happens. Anybody have an idea what this is? It’s just under my nose and under that.
