We don’t spend much time together anymore

What do you do when you feel as if the vibe has changed between you and the person your “dating”? He said he’s busy training for a fight that’s a month away. I’m not going to downplay it, he works about everyday. I’ve always went to the gym with him when he invites. He doesn’t see me as much on the weekends. I would think you would want to spend as much time w me as you can, but NOPE. He says he’s bored but doesn’t ask me out or invite me over like he usually does. But, I’m huge on quality time it’s my love language. I’m not getting that like I use to and if I tell him that I feel as though I’m nagging or bothering him. When I’m with him, it’s great I love it. But during the week I get hot and cold feelings. He usually makes the plans because I’m not sure if he’s busy. So I never initiate.
