Anything anyone did to get pregnant naturally after trying for a long time?

Anything you guys did that helped get you pregnant naturally? Im hopefully starting fertility meds or IUI next month depending on my husbands sperm analysis but honestly I would rather get pregnant without it... and more months and months of this sounds like more of a nightmare I'm already in. 
And I'm just feeling it today. It's been officially a year since I got my IUD. I have one child that I got pregnant with fast so this is so surprising I am in this situation. And now I'm just so scared I'm not going to give him a sibling 😔. Even tips on how to just not focus on TTC this month too.

I TTC for a whole year I tried everything ( pressed, tracking, fertility teas) and nothing worked I just let nature take it’s course and naturally got pregnant not tracking ovulation nothing I feel that’s when I really wasn’t getting pregnant bc I was putting stress on me and my partner after a year I finally got pregnant I did lose that pregnancy got pregnant again next cycle lost that pregnancy then I focused on myself worked out etc and finally got pregnant with my twin girls and they are now 9 month old.

I tried for years before my first. 5 yrs 1 month. I miscarried that pregnancy. Took another 2 yrs 1 month to our daughter. She's 4 now. 1 yr 8 months to our third, missed miscarriage. Another 1 yr to our son, he's 10 months old now. I only have one ovary. Time between pregnancies got shorter. But I still lose half of them. Debating being greedy and trying for a third. I'd love to avoid another loss and the only way to do that is to never get pregnant again, but I'm also not ready for baby boy to be the last everything. I was told it would take a miracle to even conceive and I proved them wrong 4 times. Miracle to carry and I proved them wrong twice. I spent a long time hating my body for what it couldn't and wouldn't do. Went through a year long depression after our first loss. Subsequently every pregnancy following was a shock. We didn't know if it would take 5 yrs again or if I'd ever actually carry a baby to term. But we did it. Pregnancy after infertility and loss is not at all a cakewalk. The fear never leaves. Had major bonding issues with my son after the missed miscarriage. It took a few months after he was born for me to feel like I was safe enough to love him and he wasn't going anywhere.
