Nexplanon removal symptoms?

I got off the nexplanon on 3 August. I am now experiencing sore breast. My next period is not due for another 8 days. Is it possible to get pregnant immediately after removal? My breast don’t normally feel sore before my period but this was one of my first pregnancy symptoms with my last pregnancy.
