ANOTHER connection to my ex?

My ex was all around abusive, played mind games, was a cheater, and was controlling. Has used dead relatives to try to control what i do/buy, uses our kids as pawns to get to me and to scare me, has told me that if I grieve his dad’s suicide it means I slept with him before he passed, put hands on me while I was pregnant, and the last time I saw him, he choked me with our kids by us and then threatened to kill me if I even try to take them away and described it too. He tracked me to illegally change the locks and then stole a lot of stuff from both the kids and I and threw it all away. When we moved, he had a coworker play inside for him and tried me to go to an isolated environment with him. I cut him off and even made sure to say I was no longer playing games. THEN there was another guy who was part of this weird game who acted like he was going to date me for over a month but seemed super weird because he knew weirdly specific details about me before I talked about it, my ex started to know things about that he wouldn’t have otherwise, and then asked to get my kids and I alone too. I had Facebook, instagram, and Snapchat at the time and wasn’t sure if I should go through and delete people or delete the whole app. I deactivated my Facebook and put on Snapchat that I was deleting the app and blocking numbers of everyone who wasn’t close friends. I realized last night that I hadn’t deleted instagram and went on there. I forgot I had my ex’s sister on there and she was the first post to pop up. I accidentally liked her photo but then blocked her and deleted the app. Well today, this guy who I was friends with for a few weeks (through mutual FB friends) texted me after a week of not talking and asked if I blocked him and if I deleted Facebook. This partly stuck out to me because 1) it’s right after that stuff with his sister when my account had been deactivated for days already. 2) Why would he ask if I blocked him? 3) with the other people who played games, they also were paranoid of being blocked
